Chocolate fondant recipe

1. 100g dark chocolate
2. 2 eggs
3. 30g butter
4. 20 g flour
5. 30g sugar

ProductionDifficulty : Easy.

Total time : 18 min

 Preparation : 10 min. Baking : 8 min.

PREPARATION

• Step 1 : Preheat oven to 220 ° C. Melt chocolate and butter in microwave (2 minutes).

• Step2 :
  Mix the sugar with the eggs.

• Step 3 :
  Stir in the eggs and sugar mixture with the chocolate. Sprinkle flour as you go. Mix well.

• Step 4 :
  Butter 2( or 3 )  ramekins and insert the mixture (do not fill the ramekins).Finally Bake in a hot oven (220 ° C) for 7 minutes. Serves warm
